Returns and refunds
Returns are free for deliveries to mainland France and outside promotional periods '
(private sales, sales, clearance sales, special prices...)'
REFUND CONDITIONS
You must comply with the following conditions to benefit from a refund for your returns:'
• Right to cancel
You can exercise your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order or within 30 days during the Christmas period up to 5 January.'
• Returned items
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in pristine condition.
• Request for return
You must go to your customer account to request a return, section: 'My orders'

Select the order you wish to return by clicking on the Return a product button and then select the product(s) you wish to return.

Please let us know the reasons for your return in the field provided for this. Then click on the Request a return button.

You will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed, so be sure to check your junk mail. Then upload your returns slip in the Details section of My Returns. Print out and enclose this return form with your parcel

If you benefit from free returns, download your COLISSIMO RETOUR label in your customer account under the My returns tab." My returns' . Print and stick this label on the parcel and hand it in at the post office or at a retailer in the La Poste network.

Upon receipt of your return package, we will refund the returned items by re-crediting the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to make this purchase.
